دون رئيس مجلس ادارة النادي المحترف الوفاق سطيف فخر الدين كتفي تعليمة إدارية منع فيها اي تجمع في مقر النادي الي شخص غريب  وجاءت هذه التعليمة بعد أقدام الرئيس  السابق سرار علي تمزيق وثيقة عقد تنصيب المدير العام فهد حلفاية بعد ان اكل عليها قبل توقيع حلفاية عليها حين سلمها رئيس مجلس الإدارة  الي الرئيس الجديد كمال لافي بغرض منحها للمدير العام لكن لافي سلمها الي الرئيس السابق سرار  الذي اكتشف ان احد بنود العقد ينص علي عدم قانونية تعيين اي شخص في اي منصب في النادي وهو ما فهمه الرئيس  سرار أنه المقصود بهذا البند ما جعله يمزق العقد ما ادي الي غصب رئيس مجلس الإدارة الذي قام بتدوين تعليمة الطرد
