كنت أمازح ذات مرة احد الأصدقاء وهو عضو المكتب الفدرالي فإقترحت عليه إنشاء لجنة للتحقق من أعمار اللاعبين الأفارقة الذين ينشطون في البطولة الحزائرية وقد شمل إقتراحي أن يكون داخل اللجنة موال مختص في معرفة الأعمار من خلال الكشف عن الاسنان تماما كما نفعل أيام عيد الأضحى المبارك حينما نستعين بمن يتعرف لنا عن عمر الأضحية فيعطيك العمر فقط بمجرد فحص اسنان الخروف .

لم يكن إقتراحي سوى تكملة لنقاشات حادة حدثت داخل الوسط الكروي يومها ، حيث أن أغلب المنتدبين القادمين من القارة السمراء وجوههم عابسة لا تعبر صراحة عن أعمارهم الحقيقية فالحلول متوفرة في القارة السمراء لزيادة رقم للعمر أو لإنقاصه.

والحقيقة أنني لا أجد تفسيرا لهذا النص بالذات حيث أن أغلب الدوريات في العالم لا تضع شرط الإنتداب مقابل العمر ، فقد يخضع انتداب اللاعبين الأجانب إلى معايير ثلاثة أولها إنتداب لاعب لإستكمال تكوينه والعمر واضح وثانيها انتداب لاعب لوضعه في دائرة الضوء وتسويقه ، وهنا لا يوجد إلا شرط الإمكانيات أما المعيار الثالث والذي تعتمده أغلب الاندية الخليجية والصينية وحتى التايلاندية والتايوانية والامريكية والكندية هو انتداب لاعب في نهاية مشواره للإستفادة من تجربته ونقلها إلى شبان النادي ، فاللاعبين النجوم الذين يكاد ينتهي مشوارهم يمكنهم رفع مستوى الفريق فنيا وتقنيا كما يمكنهم زيادة شهرة النادي إعلاميا بما يحقق فوائد قيمة من ناحية الإشهار والتسويق أو ما أسميه انا شخصيا البريستيج

غير أن الجزائر دوما إستثناءا حيث أن هيئاتها الكروية هي الوحيدة في العالم التي تضع شرط الانتداب مقابل العمر .

ولنكون منطقيين في طرحنا للفكرة نقدم سؤالا لأهل الكرة ماذا إستفدتم من هذا المنع ؟ وماهي فوائده على كرة القدم المحلية ؟ فبالاضافة إلى الشكوك الدائمة التي تحوم حول اعمار المنتدبين الأفارقة ، لايمكن للبطولة المحلية أن تستقدم من يغير صورتها السيئة أو يطور مستواها المتدني ، في حين ينتدب نادي ليون الفرنسي جمال بلعمري في عمر الواحد والثلاثون وينتدب اليوفي الايطالي رونالدو في عمر الخامسة والثلاثون يمنع إنتداب النجم العالمي أنيلكا في الدوري الجزائري من بوابة النهد لأن عمره فاق السابعة والعشرين

إلى غاية احداث ريمونتادا قانونية تبقى بطولة كرة القدم الجزائرية رهينة نصوصها قوانينها الاساسية وتبقى الأندية تتسابق في انتداب لاعبين لا نعرف لهم عمرا ولا جنسية
