أدلى رئيس الاتحادية الجزائرية لكريم القدم بتصريحات لموقع “الفاف” بشأن رفض ملف ترشحه لعضوية “الفيفا”، حيث قال في هذا الشأن: “أردت إيضاح الرؤية للرأي بشأن قضية عدم ترشحي لعضوية مكتب الفيفا، حيث تلقيت مراسلة أمس من لجنة المراقبة في الفيفا والتي ترفض ترشحه لسبب لأنني لم أوضح في العقوبة التي صدرت في حقي في 2016 في فريقي نادي بارادو والثاني عقوبة في الكاف العقوبة على مستوى الكاف بشأن اللجنة التنظيمية للشان في 2018، لقد ملأت الاستمارة بشكل جيد، اليوم لا يمكنني إعطاء توضيحات أكثر لأنني سأضع طعنا على مستوى الفيفا وبعدها سيكون لي كلام أخر”
