تغنانت تخسارت

من أهم المشاكل التي تعاني منها منظومة الرياضة الجزائرية سواء على مستوى النوادي أو الهيئات هي مشكلة النكران والتي أصبحت ثقافة تبناها الكل وهناك من يدافع عنها بشراسة

شخصيا لم أسمع يوما عن مسؤول غادر بمحض إرادته إلا نادرا ولم أعلم يوما أن هذا المسؤول كرم وشكر على مجهوده بغض النظر عن أنه أصاب أو أخطأ ,كما أنني لم أسمع يوما أن من جاء لمنصب قام باستشارة من سبقه واستفاد من خبرته

فغالبا ما تتم التنحية والاستخلاف في بلادي بالطرق الملتوية سواء بالضغط على الرجل أو على عائلته ,بينما ينصاع البعض تحت الضغط يتسمر البعض الآخر في المسؤولية ( تغنانت)حتى لايقال غلبوه

بعد خروجه واستخلافه تبدأ حربا ضروسا وفتنه تقودها فئة من المستفيدين من منصبه ضد فئة تستفيد ممن جاء بعده كيف لا وقد مست مصالح الأولى بينما مصالح الأخرى مهدده

تلكم هي قصة الخلافة في النوادي والهيئات الرياضية في الجزائر باختصار والتي لا يمكن معالجتها إلا فهمنا أن النكران والجحود ابدا لن يحل محل الفصل والإعتراف ؛ وأن دفع الرجال الخروج من الباب الضيق لن يحقق الهدوء في منظومتنا البائسة وأن مغادرة المنصب من أوسع الأبواب وأن دخول المسؤولية كان من الباب مباشرة لما حدث هذا التشنج والذي نقرأه يوميا في وسائل الاعلام والتواصل الاجتماعي

وأنا على يقين تام أن الإعتراف بفضل الرجال كفيل بجعلهم يبذلون مزيدا من العطاء داخل المنظومة أو خارجها وأن بالنكران تنكمش الأيادي ويسود الجفاء ويغذى الاحتقان

لا أريد أن أذكر أمثلة حيث أن الرئيس الأسطوري للشبيبة القبائلية أحسن تلك الأمثلة ٫لكنني أريد أن أضع إصبعي على أهم مشكلة تعيق تطور الرياضة من جانبها التسييري خصوصا أن أغلب الرجال غادروا منصب المسؤولية من الباب الضيق وكذلك فعل من أتى لخلافتهم بينما البقية الباقية تكاد تخلد في الكرسي ولسان حالها راني هنا تغنانت تخسارت
