أعلنت لجنة الانضباط التابعة للرابطة الوطنية لكرة القدم ،  إيقاف فارس بن عيسي ، رئيس نادي اتحاد بسكرة ، وذلك لمدة 12 شهرا، منها 6 أشهر موقوفة النفاذ، اعتبارا من 19 أكتوبر الماضي.
